John Ward began his career in 1984 as a carpenter who transitioned into project management in 1991. He is intimately familiar with every skill, trade and facet of construction both in the field and behind the desk. John is known for getting the job done ahead of schedule and under budget by using AIA industry standards and best practices.
Originally from Philadelphia, John resides in Jupiter, Florida with his wife JoAnn who he will be celebrating 32 years of marriage with this September. With three adult children and four grandchildren out of state, John has both the time and talent to manage projects of any size at any stage.
John enjoys construction management roles in all forms of real estate development where he can put to use his 34 years of residential and commercial construction experience to build world class assets.
