John Ward began his career in 1984 as a carpenter who transitioned into project management in 1991. He is intimately familiar with every skill, trade and facet of construction both in the field and behind the desk. John is known for getting the job done ahead of schedule and under budget by using AIA industry standards and best practices.
Originally from Philadelphia, John resides in Jupiter, Florida with his wife JoAnn who he will be celebrating 32 years of marriage with this September. With three adult children and four grandchildren out of state, John has both the time and talent to manage projects of any size at any stage.
Services
Services include budgeting, buyouts, RFPs, client communications, project management and oversight, client presentations, group meetings, contracting, change-orders, construction scheduling, payment and permitting applications and financial feasibility assessments. Will work closely with property owners, banks, architects and engineers from conception to completion evaluating building conditions, tenant suitability and opportunities for property enhancement and improvement.
